The Cumberland Plateau is a great place to live, and Cumberland County attracts plenty of vacationers who end up making it a permanent address.

If you are vacationing on the plateau, we are connected with another land office, Bruno Gernt in Fentress County, that can provide a cabin for you and a stable for your horse. Their stables have over 100 miles of trails on 12,000 acres. There's a lot of space on the Cumberland Plateau.

Meridian is especially nice area in southeast Cumberland County, with beautiful rolling hills. There is a new phase and a good selection.
RidgeView at I-40 and Peavine Road... Phase II of the residential lots has been paved and the first house is about to start construction.
M7 - Just as an example of a very large tract in our inventory (right now, we have five tracts over 1000 acres), M7 is located northeast of Cumberland County, in Morgan County. With 3,117 acres, that's almost five square miles of wooded land. Still, land on the plateau is very reasonably priced.
